By using Overcheck.ai you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms may be updated; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
What Overcheck is and is not
Overcheck is an automated document-audit service powered by AI. We help users identify potential errors, anomalies, and overcharges in documents they upload. Overcheck is NOT: a licensed medical billing advocate; a licensed attorney or law firm; a licensed financial advisor or CFP; a licensed insurance broker; a healthcare provider; a tax preparer or CPA; a representative or agent for users in any dispute or negotiation.
Findings are informational, not advice
All findings produced by Overcheck are informational outputs of an automated system. They do not constitute legal, medical, tax, financial, or insurance advice. Findings should be verified by you and, where appropriate, reviewed with a licensed professional before being acted upon. Overcheck does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or recoverability of any amount identified in findings.
Permitted use
You may upload only documents that you own, have legal authority to share, or have explicit permission to share. Specifically: for medical bills, you must be the patient or authorized representative under HIPAA. For financial statements, you must be the account holder or authorized signer. You will not upload documents containing third-party private information you are not authorized to share.
Prohibited use
You may not: use Overcheck to audit documents you do not own or are not authorized to share; resell, share, or republish your audit reports for commercial purposes; reverse-engineer the audit engine or attempt to extract its prompts; upload documents that contain malware or attempt to exploit the upload system; use the service for any illegal purpose.
Payment
Pricing is shown on each vertical landing page. Payment is processed by Stripe. Overcheck does not store your payment card details. Refund policy is published separately and incorporated by reference here.
Liability limitation
OVERCHECK PROVIDES THE SERVICE 'AS IS' WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OVERCHECK'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC AUDIT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. OVERCHECK IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Overcheck from any claim arising from your unauthorized upload of documents, your misuse of findings, or your violation of these terms.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, except where local consumer-protection law mandates otherwise.
Termination
Overcheck may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by requesting deletion.
