Refund policy.

Automatic refund: no findings

If our audit returns no actionable findings at high confidence (≥0.7 confidence score), your audit fee is automatically refunded to the original payment method. No email required. Refunds typically appear within 3-5 business days.

Manual refund request: within 7 days

If you receive findings but believe the audit was inaccurate or unhelpful, email us at [email protected] within 7 days of your purchase. We will review and refund at our discretion. We track refund requests internally to improve our system.

No refund: after 7 days or after action taken

We cannot offer refunds more than 7 days after purchase, or after you have taken action on the findings (filed a dispute, canceled a service based on our recommendations, contacted your provider citing our report). Use the 7-day window to verify findings before acting.

How refunds are processed

Refunds go to the original payment method via Stripe. We do not offer credits, store balance, or gift card refunds. Refund decisions on edge cases are final.
